Too Busy Yesterday Thinking up clever, quaint, little captions to really note that Thomas Friedman is taking a three month sabbatical to write, what must be a book about George Bush's theories of geography called, "The World is Flat". His departing column was titled "Timeout for Imagination". WTF? Anybody who has read Friedman's column the last two years is thinking at this moment, "so that means 27 months of imagination total then." Perhaps he needs to meet more "cab drivers", "food stand operators", or "civil servants" to tell him how they think exactly like him, and in his voice too.
