Go read Billmon Wonderful post about the right-wing's mindless and in essence pathetic attempt to slime Clarke all while completely ignoring the substance of his charges. But enough about me, go read this -- We cannot be quiet and let the Bush Administration and the Right-Wing flog this debate on issues of NO SUBSTANCE whatsoever. They've been lying about Iraq for the entirety of their Administration DO NOT let them get away with it! In spite of the overwhelming evidence of their deliberate errors and deceits from connecting Iraq to Al Queda to Medicare Accounting are they incapable of admitting of error. Instead what they do is constantly is trash the person with the facts, from General Shinsiki, to Joe Wilson and his wife, to Paul O'Neil to Richard Foster at HHS and Bush's medicare ponzi scheme to now Clarke. The Administration either is deliberately at "war with the truth" or, and perhaps even more disturbingly, doesn't understand what the "truth" is as a concept.
