Jerry Must think he is NOT getting his Security Deposit back. Hands over alleged sovereignty two days earlier in a much quieter ceremony than expected to say the least. I can only imagine they expected things to be really bad on June 30th. Although why it still won't be bad on June 30th is beyond me.
