Meanwhile, in that War Bush did not Finish I know as an 'muricun I am not supposed to consider anything reported by Al-Jazeera [Bill O'Reilly tells me so], but this report is on top of other reports about the country we are pretty much walking away from again -- without accomplishing long-term goals. Afghanistan is likely going to come back to bite us in the ass, again and again and again. Taliban forces have taken control of the governor's residence and security headquarters in central Afghanistan. Aljazeera's correspondent in Kandahar, Hashmat Allah Muslih, reported exclusively on Thursday that the Taliban have taken control of the second largest district in Uruzgan province. I'm aware that the 'muricun media is likely to ignore it but it is another demerit to the Bush Administration's inability to tactically complete even its strategically correct decisions.
