Coalition of the Willing Dropping So, the coalition of the willing to accept Chimpy's money and to be part of his boyhood adventure in Iraq is dropping. The Philippines are still preparing to withdraw troops. This would further destabilize the condition in Iraq since the Philippines assist, albeit in a small way, with civic and humanitarian projects. More disconcerting and destabilizing is whether the 4,000 strong Filipino workers will remain. These workers support all of the US military bases in Iraq by performing necessary basic labor to keep these camps running. What happens if they leave? I guess Chimpy and Trusty will be calling up more national guard troops.
