I Sing to Thee, oh Great Irony The man who decries "activist judges" on things like abortion rights, while ignoring those activist judges who made him President, really pulled out an ironic whopper today on the 50th Anniversary of Brown vs. Board of Education.

"Fifty years ago today, nine judges announced that they had looked at the Constitution and saw no justification for the segregation and humiliation of an entire race"

Gosh darn activists judges, overturning Plessy v. Ferguson. But if their judicial successors (to edit the above quote just a bit) "announced that they had looked at the Constitution and saw no justification for the repression and humiliation of homosexuals" they are terrible judges. The mind reels.
