Credit to SWOPA at Needlenose for alerting me to this story, but Knight Ridder is on the case of KBR making tens of millions by bilking the government in anyway possible. Charging for taking EMPTY trucks in convoys to Baghdad because they can bill the trip. Amazing. Oh, and the best part? There's pictures and video. There's just no end to the screw ups for this crew.
