Congratulations to the American Economy, Sort Of For apparently surviving the Presidency of George W. Bush and continuing its inevitable cyclical nature so that the Bush Administration can claim that its policies work. 288,000 Middling jobs created last month (still 50,000 below Bush Adm. projections but oh well) after 308,000 last month, a substantial number of which are without health care and benefits. Two *good* months in a row. Huzzah, Capitalism, I knew there was a reason both Adam Smith and John Maynard Keynes liked you so much. Now, about that $500 Billion dollar perpetual Federal Deficit the Bush Administration is creating to try to chop off Mr. Smith's invisible hand.
