Like the Comedy, the tragic Idiocy Writes Itself In response to the reports of torture by Americans towards Iraqi's at Al Ghraib, Jt. Chiefs Chairman Richard Meyers appeared on three of the four morning talkshows (missing, I believe only Meet the Giant Head) saying that the actions at the prison were limited. But, of note is this fact: [Wolf Blitzer] "And I just want to point out, General Myers said he has not read that report [the 53 Page Report by General Taguba] yet, it hasn't reached up to him yet in the chain of command." OK, once again, does ANYBODY affiliated with this Administration read a goddamn thing before they go out and deny its authenticity? I mean while we know the President doesn't like to read...I assume that many of the other folks in the Administration can. Talk about setting a tone...
